Naxas Sign is an electronic-signature service operated by Naxas Inventions Limited. This notice covers our website at naxassign.com and signing application at app.naxassign.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information we handle
- Accounts and workspaces: your name, email address, account identifiers, profile image, workspace memberships and roles, and optional contact and profile details you provide.
- Sign-in information: Clerk manages authentication and sessions. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the identity information needed for that sign-in, such as your provider identifier, name, email address and available profile image. Apple may supply a private relay email address. Our Google sign-in requests basic identity, email and profile access; it does not request Google Drive, Gmail or contacts access.
- Documents and signatures: files and document content you upload or create, signer and recipient details, form responses, signatures, and the events needed for signing history and completion certificates. Signing and security records may include timestamps, IP addresses and browser information.
- Billing: Stripe processes payment details. We use billing contact information, subscription status, invoice records and limited payment-method details to manage your plan. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by the signing application.
- Service and support information: messages you send us, delivery and error records, browser and request metadata, and preferences such as language and theme.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, apply workspace permissions, prepare and deliver documents, record signing activity, provide completed documents and certificates, manage subscriptions and usage, respond to support requests, and maintain the service. We also use relevant records to investigate abuse, protect accounts and documents, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Who receives information
Documents and signing information are shared with the participants and authorized workspace users involved in the workflow. Consider what a document contains and who can access it before sending it. Recipients may retain their own copies of completed documents and signing records.
We use service providers for authentication (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), hosting, file storage, email delivery, and security and performance services. These providers receive the information needed for their functions. Google and Apple also process information when you choose their sign-in services. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to protect the service, its users or others.
Our website loads fonts and icons from external providers, and our hosting and security services may process IP addresses and other request metadata. These requests are separate from the content of your signing documents.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication, session continuity and security use cookies or similar browser storage. We also store application preferences. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Third-party sign-in and payment pages have their own cookie and privacy practices.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to provide the service and support document history, security, billing, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the workflow; this notice does not promise that deleting an account immediately erases every document or audit record.
You can update available profile details in the app. To request access, correction, export or deletion, or ask about retention of a particular record, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant workspace or document. Requests involving shared documents may also involve other parties' rights and recordkeeping obligations.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, authenticated connections and operational safeguards to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own; contact us if you need details about the processing of your information.
