The team behind the product
Signing workflows built around your team.
Naxas Sign is an electronic-signature service operated by Naxas Inventions Limited. It helps small teams prepare agreements, request signatures and keep the completed document with its signing record.
Less paperwork between a decision and an agreement
Sending a file is only one step. Someone needs to prepare the document, identify its signers, place the fields, follow up and retain the finished agreement. Naxas Sign brings those steps into a shared workflow rather than leaving them scattered across attachments and messages.
Start with a PDF or Word document, or use the in-app document writer. Prepare the recipients and fields, review before sending, then follow the request through completion. Read the signature-request guide for the practical checklist.
A clear offer for smaller teams
Our paid launch plans include unlimited users and a shared monthly document allowance. The aim is to make team access and sending volume understandable together, especially when several colleagues send agreements occasionally.
That does not make every plan the right fit for every organization. Compare your expected volume, required features and billing commitment on the pricing page. The small-business guide helps you decide what to evaluate before adopting the product.
Clear responsibilities, not blanket promises
The product organizes signing; it does not decide whether an agreement is suitable or whether a particular electronic signature meets every applicable requirement. Review your terms, the signers' authority and any jurisdiction-specific requirements with a qualified adviser when necessary.
Our security and data-handling overview explains account and document access. The privacy notice describes the information involved and how to make a request. Neither page is a security certification or a guarantee of legal validity.
